SkylightPayCard is administered by Republic Bank & Trust Company or SunTrust Bank pursuant to Visa Inc.’s license to provide prepaid cards. The card can be used anywhere MasterCard or Visa Debit Cards are accepted.


Once a SkylightPayCard has been registered online, users should expect to wait up to 10 business days for a physical card to arrive at the address provided during registration. If you still haven’t received your card by this time, simply call toll-free 1-866-387-7363 for assistance. Users can call the same toll-free number if they lose their card in order to get assistance immediately.
